Working in a bar where the Funky House DJ never seemed to turn up gave me my chance to turn bedroom DJiing into something a little more real! One night DJing turned into two and then into a weekly residency and I became addicted the buzz of making people dance. From there I was asked to play at another bar in the same area, which in time led to a residency at a large nightclub.
DJing took over - either practicing at home, searching for the latest tunes at my local record shop, "you know, it was on the radio last night, "der der dedede der""! or sifting through thousands of dusty records in mouldy basements to find that classic that you know will make plenty of people happy on Saturday night.
I love entertaining a crowd, Funky House is my passion and playing music in a Bar or a rammed Nightclub I understand that my job is to make sure people have a fantastic , memorable night out and can't wait to come back again.
