I have always had a love for music, which gave me the influence to take Music Technology at Colchester Institute. Growing up, house music was not my favourite genre, as I had a wide variety of music that I loved. However, as I became more aware of the house scene, I instantly took to it in late 2010. My passion of becoming a DJ began in early 2011 when a friend and I decided to have a go on the decks just for fun at the club we worked in. From then on I would often be found in the club during the day practising. It wasn't before long that not only my friends, but my workmates had witnessed the talent in me, which gave me a big boost of confidence, to help me start his career. On 29th May, a bank holiday Sunday, I was given the opportunity to take part in a 13 hour event, held at Route Nightclub. From then on I was given sets at different events around Essex such as "I'll House You" at OneNineFive in Epping, "FreQKlash" held in TPs Colchester as well as providing a warm up set for the successful "HedKandi" nights held at Route Nightclub. Regardless of only Dj'ing for a matter of months, as well as all my success elsewhere, I had already achieved residencies on Wednesday nights at The Cross, Chelmsford along with local DJ's, and Saturday nights at Route Nightclub. During September 2011 I travelled to the White Island of Ibiza for not only a holiday but to play at Viva Bar on The West End and promote myself more. I have big hopes for the new year planning to branch out of Essex more and a much longer return to Ibiza. I am constantly pushing myself to do more and show people my love and passion for DJing.
