DJ Description

I started listening to hip hop, dance and underground dance music at school and shortly after leaving I started dj'ing. I started out playing techno and after a short while switched over to drum and bass, where I learnt to beat mix. by the time I was 21 I was cutting up all genres of music from rock and pop to hip hop, jazz, funk, dub, breakbeat, reggae and ska to name a few. Now I am more in to the producing (mainly drum and bass, dubstep and hip hop) however dj'ing is something i am passionate about and would like to make a career out of it. I still use technics 1210' s and still dig for vinyl, even though I know how to use cd decks and digital dj programs i still find spinning records more enjoyable, and finding an old classic even more enjoyable.
