If you've ever danced to music on Ibiza's Salinas beach or similar sun drenched hip, hot spots round the world you'll probably have gained a flavour of DJ Howard's Eclectika Sessions. As the name suggests his style is very eclectic, playing sets that are something of a kaleidoscopic musical journey to create a jubilant party atmosphere. He has a reputation for playing marathons sets of up to 8 hours he gets to play his own warm up starting with a 'Lush' chilled vibe for conversation, canapés and drinks before bringing the up tempo tracks in under the radar to take hold of the audience and carrying them along on a wave of blissed beats. With his heart in the Balearic vibe he frequently uses Latin as a launch pad into a journey through Happy, Deep, Funky, Jazzy, Tech and Tribal House enlivened by the resonant tones of Minimal and Dub.

While Howard frequently plays full on dance sets his extended Eclectika Sessions have proved particularly popular with up market cocktail venues and lavish or extravagant private house, garden and beach parties. His fans are lovers of intelligent dance who enjoy having fun on the dance floor. During the summer months, he is a regular visitor to Ibiza where he has presented Eclectika Sessions at a variety of venues and lavish private villa parties.

Wherever he plays, he rapidly builds a following for his infectious, eclectic style. As he notes : "the truth is, I probably have a short attention span, but I like light and shade, and the idea that every other track is a surprise. I don't play records... I create atmospheres".

For the past three years, Howard's Eclectika Sessions has been building a worldwide following with his monthly broadcasts on respected US dance station Frisky Radio.
