DJ BIOGRAPHY

From an early age Dj Jazzy Joe has always had a real passion for House music. However, it was the explosion of the Trance scene back in '96 that really inspired him to purchase his first pair of 1210s. He then began to teach himself the art of beat matching and after months of hard work he finally got his break out on the scene finding work in several bars around Scunthorpe. It wasn't long before he was spotted by the Sushi Promoters and asked to guest at Club 2000 in the Funky House Room. This proved to be a great success as he then moved on to Resident Dj, again in the Funky House Room, this time at Scunthorpe's biggest Night Club, Time (Now called Love).

Dj Jazzy Joe has built up a huge reputation with true House lovers within the Scunthorpe area due to his ability to not only play what the audience wants but to also give them that element of surprise!!

"I know that there are a lot of good Djs out there playing the same music as me so I always strive to find the latest remix or make my own re-edits. This can make a popular tune sound fresh giving it a bit of originality and it also puts my stamp on it". You only have to listen to his Demos' to see.. "Whilst searching for the next big tune I have noticed that there are a lot of the Old Skool House tracks coming back on the scene and some really good Mashups which for me makes the whole House Scene so exciting" .. "This along with Electro House now at the forefront enables me to capture some of the 'old' with some of the 'new' allowing me to build my sets up to a huge crescendo!!"
