Where it started?
Went to my first rave in 1992 and never looked back what a night.
What happened next?
Saved some cash and brought some SL1210 and a mixer and started playing and got to a standard that I was happy with no beat clash Billy for me thank you.
In the Studio?
Just finished my second breaks tune with Nicky T. The first is on myspace.com/djvanos it is called "Planet Good" with the second "Happy Dayz" just being mixed down ready to go.
What drives me?
Interacting with the crowd and taking them on a journey, then go and join them on the dance floor when you have finished and boogie the night away.
Club Experience
Started playing out wherever I could but decided to Started my own night called Tight at Picasso Night Club in 1997 which took off so we moved to a bigger venue the Sound Exchange which carried on for another two years until 2000.
Moved to Priors for the big night out for two years which was a great success this went onto Hobson's choice where I have held down various residences but this has now closed.
Also love playing at free parties one night I played under a bridge on the M1 motorway what night.
Best thing I ever did?
Buy my Denon DNS3500 CD Players wow converted me from vinyl straight away and never looked back since the future is here.
What's in the future?
Hope to gain some new residencies plus to get on some mailing list for record companies (Who would say no to free music).
To play at a few nights in France where I can ski during the day (Heaven)
